Dunklin School District:
This K-12 organization was one of Stratex’s first clients. They adopted the Stratex Ascend system because they were interested in technology based approaches to developing and managing their strategic plan and Balanced Scorecard. The system has allowed them to manage their internal resources, while providing relevant updates to their School Board and the community. They were recently recognized by the Midwest Excellence Institute (Missouri Baldrige State Program) for their efforts in applying the Baldrige framework within the district.
Midwest Transplant Network:
This Organ Donation Organization was Stratex’s first client and they have been growing with us for several years. Like many of our clients, they started with us because they needed a better way to develop and implement their strategic plan. They identified a 75% savings in the administrative time associated with strategic planning with the adoption of the Stratex system. Their growth over the last few years has been impressive and they attribute their ability to elegantly manage their growth to the Stratex system.
Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency:
This Organ Donation Organization joined the Stratex client family recently to develop a new strategic plan featuring the completion of a 65,000 square foot building, with the addition of surgical facilities, providing them capabilities not previously available in-house.
