Dr. Raina Knox

Dr. Raina Knox takes the insane amount of passion she has for elevating organizational performance and channels it into the development of software and services for organizations seeking exceptional outcomes. She uses principles from Baldrige, Lean, Six Sigma and research-based learnings as the basis of product development for Stratex. She is a practitioner, actively working with clients and continuously evolving Stratex best practices. She has over 25 years of experience in partnering with organizations to improve key planning systems and processes using Baldrige and serves on the Board of Directors for the Baldrige Alliance. She previously served as the Executive Director of the Missouri Quality Award from 2009-2015 and has served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award and the Missouri Quality Award. She also served as an overseer and judge for the Missouri Quality Award and as a Judge for the Kentucky Center for Performance Excellence. She has evaluated over 75 organizations using the Baldrige criteria.

Courtney Cole

Courtney Cole has spent over 25 years using advanced technology to develop highly secure, scalable, user friendly custom business solutions for Fortune 100 companies including Sprint, Target, Microsoft and the Indiana Pacers.  He enjoys taking on a business challenge and turning it into a software solution that enables clients to be efficient and focused on achieving results.   The Stratex Solution is a culmination of that passion, business experience and technology savviness that benefits clients.

Erin McCoy

Erin McCoy

Erin McCoy joined Stratex Solutions in the Spring of 2022 as the Director of Professional Services. Erin is educated as a registered nurse clinician and is a certified case manager. Her background is in critical care nursing, and healthcare leadership. Erin started her nursing career in adult critical care nursing and evolved into infant critical care nursing. After almost a decade of working in the hospital, she moved into working for a government health organization serving members and families through case management. She promoted to leadership and was responsible for growing internal programs and teams. She successfully implemented new programs to support members in seasons of life including overall population health management as well as maternity and neonatal intensive care case management. Through this work she found that leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and engagement are her passions. Erin is excited to merge her love for clinical leadership with strategic planning to help partners and clients deliver successful organizational strategic plans. She obtained a bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing at Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri.

Jolinda Vega

JoLinda Vega is an innovative, energetic results-oriented leader and coach.  She advised C-levels world-wide on strategic convergence of people, process and technology leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver global results.  She has over 25 years of comprehensive executive business experience and progressive accomplishment on business transformation, organizational design, strategic planning and advanced technologies.  She leads a 5013c raising funds for The University of Kansas Advanced Heart Care Center. She is a Committee Member for the Heart Council at the University of Kansas Health Systems, Board of Counselors at Avila University and Board member for Carl’s Cause — Promoting Mental Health Awareness. She is an Adjunct Professor of International Business at Mid America Nazarene University.

Tina Kirsch

Tina Kirsch

Tina Kirsch has 27 years of progressive management and administrative experience in human resources, quality systems management, performance improvement, leadership development and organizational strategic planning. For the past 23 years Tina has served in many leadership responsibility areas in the organ donation and transplantation industry, having spent the past five years as the Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer at Midwest Transplant Network. In this role she was responsible for oversight and governance of the strategic goals of the organization. Ms. Kirsch received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emporia State University, and her MHRM from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Ms. Kirsch has completed 33 hours toward her Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus in leadership through North Central University. Ms. Kirsch has served on many national committees and councils during her tenure at Midwest Transplant Network.

Brenda Welsch

Brenda Welsch

Brenda Welsch joined Stratex Solutions in 2022, building upon a career of mission and results driven leadership in the nonprofit and healthcare world. Having experienced the power of strategic planning and a focus on organizational excellence, Brenda is passionate about helping organizations to deliver greater value to those they serve. Her approach is one of respectful and systematic discovery to help clients identify their strategic priorities so that innovation, challenge, and focus are built into essential strategies for new heights of success. 

Brenda’s career evolved from critical care nursing into nonprofit leadership within the human-centered, yet highly regulated, organ donation and transplantation industry. While serving LifeSource in Minneapolis, MN, as the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, she led the successful integration of the Baldrige Excellence Framework and the achievement of the Award of Excellence from Minnesota’s Performance Excellence Council. As a volunteer for the Performance Excellence Network, Brenda has served on their Advisory Board and as a state-level examiner helping other organizations advance their pursuit of excellence. Most recently, Brenda was also appointed to the Minnesota State University, Mankato, Women in Leadership Certificate Program Advisory Panel. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Dakota as well as certificates in Quality Management from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN) and Inclusive Leadership from the Carlson School of Executive Management at the University of Minnesota.

Lisa Nolke

Lisa Nolke has spent over 25 years of her professional career focused on operational improvement and performance.  She has the unique perspective to view situations through several lenses – including technology, marketing, leadership, and growth perspectives.  She has been an essential member of strategic planning teams, acknowledged for her ability to simplify complex issues and provide efficient solutions.  Ms. Nolke has her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and has completed Leadership Development and Sandler Sales Training courses.

Carolyn Willeford

Carolyn joined Stratex Solutions at the beginning of 2022 as a Technical Writer specializing in data visualization. After earning her bachelor’s degree at Manhattan College and working as a bookkeeper for several years, she enlisted in the Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. This experience launched her interest in technical communications, standard operating procedure development, and organizational impacts on mental health. Carolyn furthered her education in these areas through a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology: Applied Research and worked as a research assistant before joining Stratex Solutions in Spring 2022. Carolyn is passionate about communicating complex topics in ways accessible to all experience levels. She flexes this skill within Stratex through data visuals and quantitative analysis.

Tammy Hand

Tammy Hand is a Technical Writer who comes to us from the Aviation Industry where she worked for the airlines as well as jet charter companies to maintain and update the procedural flight manuals for pilots, crew, operations, maintenance, and other departments. As an instrument rated private pilot and commercial hot air balloon pilot, Tammy utilized her aviation knowledge and eye for detail to ensure the manuals were concise, accurate, and consistent. Prior to Tammy’s work as a Technical Writer, she had her own aviation financing company after working as a project manager and business analyst for the technology department of a large bank on the East Coast. Tammy has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Missouri State University.  

Trish McCoy

Trish McCoy joined Stratex Solutions in July of 2021 as an Executive Assistant. Her background is in banking leadership and the insurance industry. She has worked for companies including Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and American Family Insurance. She volunteers her free time in her community and the schools. She has been Vice-president for the last 7 years for a parent teacher organization and is a Tournament Director for a competitive volleyball club.

Christi Johnson

Christi Johnson joined Stratex Solutions in 2023, following an extensive career in performance improvement. Her career began as a Budget and Planning Analyst for the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Following that, she served for 20 years as the Director of Administration for the Excellence in Missouri Foundation (Missouri Quality Award). Exposure to performance improvement was the pivot point that changed her professional trajectory as her understanding and knowledge of process improvement clarified customer focus is the most important aspect of any successful organization. Christi’s most recently served as a Management Analyst for the State Court Administrator/Missouri Supreme Court, testing court management software in development and troubleshooting errors for court clerks in live production settings. Christi attended William Woods University.
